Presentation equipment

The conference room is equipped with a data projector (in connexion with a computer) and with an overhead projector for transparencies. A notebook will be placed at your disposal. All participants who want to do their presentation with a data projector are kindly requested to use the notebook put at their disposal for the presentations. This computer is equipped with the operating system Microsoft Windows XP, as well as the following software:
- Microsoft Office 2003 (11.8024.6568) SP2
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.8
- OpenOffice 2.0.2
Please put your presentation files on the notebook and test them in advance (during the break before your presentation). If you have any question or if you need other projecting equipment, please contact Benjamin Leroy-Beaulieu.
